Overview Of Sizing Machinery
The basic components of a sizing machine include:
There are four parts: shaft frame, sizing device, drying mechanism and headstock.
1. Classification of sizing machines:
(1) Classification of drying methods:
Hot air type: drying through heat and moisture exchange between hot air and wet sizing (as shown in the figure below)
Drum type: Make the wet sizing contact with the surface of the hot drum to vaporize the moisture
Combined hot air drying cylinder: hot air pre-drying + drying cylinder drying
(2) Classified by sizing mechanism
Single pulp tank, multi pulp tank (double)
Single immersion single pressure, single immersion double pressure, double immersion double pressure, double immersion four pressure
Single-shaft sizing machine: Sizing and drying the looms rolled by the section warping machine.
Combined sizing and dyeing machine: the same machine is used for sizing and dyeing two or more tanks to continuously dye and sizing yarn pieces respectively.
Sizing combined machine: the creel leads the warp yarn directly into the size tank for sizing, and there are many filaments (abroad).
2. The technological process of three typical sizing machines:
(1) Hot air sizing machine: The drying efficiency is too low and the heat energy consumption is large. Matching with the shuttle loom, the price is 300,000 yuan cheaper. Advantages: good serous film formation
(2) Drying cylinder sizing machine:
It has high drying efficiency, high sizing speed, strong variety adaptability, and simple structure, but the size film forming is not as good as the hot air type, and this type is imported from abroad.
