7. When preparing the coil, the flow can be well adjusted by adjusting the slurry concentration (10-11%). Open the condensation rod coolant valve and heat the valve in advance. Check the top plate for oil.
8. When turning on the slitting warping machine, coil the tube first, and at the same time carefully observe the coil condition. After normal inspection, gradually accelerate to normal coil speed (120-150m/min). Set coil lengths according to process requirements and fine-tune parameters such as coil tension. Adjust the size of the retractable reed door so that the wire face matches the size of the slurry shaft door to ensure good molding.
9. When the slitting warping machine is running, it must cycle between the states of operator, silk cake condition, cooling water, slurry recovery, sizing, discharge cleaning, coil forming, etc.
10. When the slitting warping machine is running, if it is found that the coil is abnormal, you must press the stop button and brake equipment. The harness cannot be processed until the device is stopped. According to the principle of single-person operation of the device, it is strictly forbidden for me to act arbitrarily and multiple people to operate at the same time, thereby eliminating safety hazards.

14. When the silk coil is complete, turn off the oven fan on time. Apply dry adhesive and replace slurry shaft. And after pressing the "Qing 0" key of the new disk head, manually coil, set the parameters, and create a new disk head coil. After the silk is wound normally, it is forbidden to press the "0" button.
15. The finished fan head will be discharged neatly according to the designated area, so the operator must fill in the "whole shaft head card" carefully, and then flow into the next process along the shaft.
16. Before turning off the power supply of the slitting warping machine, the air supply and heating must be stopped in time to eliminate the waste of air source.
17. After the slitting warper is stopped, close the oven fan, slurry, coolant and preheat pipe valves. Clean the surfaces of furnace rods, sizing rollers, etc. regularly with water. Mud bonding is strictly prohibited. Immediately pump the remaining slurry in the tank back to the tank.
18. The sanitation of the slitting warping machine should be well organized before get off work. Maintain ground and clean equipment surfaces. Garbage sorting and storage. You can check the power and leave before the pipes are shut down.
