The Main Mechanism And Function Of Beaming Machine
Beaming machine is the equipment used in the parallel axis process. Composed of a shaft frame and a machine head, the pneumatic warp tension control device on the shaft frame can automatically keep the warp unwinding tension of each shaft constant and uniform. The winding mechanism of the machine head winds the warp at constant speed and constant tension, and at the same time applies winding pressure to the weaving beam through the pressure roller in the air pressure mode. Part of the paralleling machine also has a splitting foil between the machine head and the pulp shaft frame, which is used for warp splitting.
The doubling machine is mainly composed of weaving beam transmission, tension sensing godet roll, traction roll, length measuring roll, telescopic reed, pulp shaft frame and its braking system.
(1) The paddle shaft frame. The shaft frame is composed of a shaft braking device, a tension detection and control device, and a guide wire roller, etc. 8 to 12 shafts can be placed on the shaft frame.
(2) Tension control device. The magnetic powder brake is used for separate control, with magnetic powder as the working medium and excitation current as the control means to achieve the purpose of controlling the braking torque or transmitting torque. The magnetic powder brake is matched with the automatic warp beam tension controller and tension detection sensor, which can form an automatic closed-loop tension control system for weaving beam winding and warp beam unwinding tension control.
Use a monofilament tensiometer to measure the yarn tension (within 20cm from the left and right sides of each pulp shaft) and the coil tension (left, middle, right) and record the displayed value for future reference (if the actual measured value does not match the process, it should be adjusted in time). If there is a difference between the measured value of the wire output tension and the process requirements, use the scale key on the magnetic powder motor on the left to adjust. When the coiling tension is different, you can directly change the set value until it matches.
(3) Pneumatic control system of the paddle shaft. It is powered by air compression, and the braking force is set through the pressure reducing valve. There is a single-side and double-side brake switch to control the braking of the paddle shaft, and the pulp is sent out according to the set tension.
(4) Weaving shaft drive system. Through the variable speed motor, reducer and tension sensor, the constant tension and constant speed winding are realized during the winding process of the weaving shaft.
(5) Telescopic reed device. The filaments sent out from the pulp shaft are separated evenly without crossing, and are wound on the weaving shaft according to a certain width.
